Since inception Anthill Foundation has connected with various districts in support of
community health systems strengthening. Annually medical health outreaches are
implemented in various communities involving former sponsored beneficiaries in the
medical profession, national and international health practitioners alongside volunteers
working to promote access to affordable quality health services for all to thrive. Each year
since 2006 impacts over 1000 patients. This effort has birthed the Rural Health Team
Uganda (youth in medicine), telemedicine pilot hub in Tororo district, construction and
furnishing of health facilities, and a STEM menstorship initiative in schools for students
interested in the science field.
