It is with heavy hearts that the Directors, Management, and Staff of the Anthill
Foundation Uganda convey the untimely passing of their cherished founder,
Mrs. Kathleen Mayhew, on August 10, 2023, in California, USA. We gather to
commemorate a life richly lived, one that was dedicated to selfl ess service, leaving
an indelible mark wherever her path led.
Mrs. Mayhew’s legacy is intertwined with the pioneering force alongside others in
launching the transformative “Rotary Adopt a Village” Projects. Her profound impact
radiates through the realms of Education, Health, and Social development.
We extend this somber news to the circle of friends and stakeholders in the
Education, Health and Rotary Uganda fraternity who collaborated with her, sharing a
vision for positive change. Her warmth, laughter, unwavering commitment to service,
and boundless generosity will forever be held close in our hearts.
In reverence, we remember a life that has left an enduring imprint on the world.
